Income from tie downs and fuel are not re-invested in the airport. Runways and taxiways have been repaired in a piecemeal fashion (much like the roads in most of Quebec). Grass is growing up through the edges of the runway, and bushes along runway edges are tall enough to surround the runway lights. just off the island of montreal, used more as a flight training school, but lots of private owners use it as well.

if you are looking to refuel fly 20mins west to cornwall regional, gas prices are cheaper because of less tax.
