My opinion is that Monarch is the best... good instructors, GREAT aircraft to rent. The prices may be a little high but if you have the finances, Monarch is recommended. However, expect to spend a little more money if you train at Addison Airport - waiting to takeoff and land may add up to 15-20 minutes of hobbs time. Adds up over the length of obtaining ones license.
