The tarmac is not great, there are certainly a few rough spots, but the fuel is the cheapest in the area and they have MoGas. There is a restroom and it is a great place to take new pilots to learn the illusions of narrow runways and runways with serious slope.

Decent small airport. No services on field. Great place to land and camp. State park is down the hill on the North end of field. Call Tiffany's Resort (about six miles around the lake). They will come get you. They have cabins and boats. Great fishing dock, nice trout, I have fished here for years. They also run the resort in the winter months for hunters. http://tiffanysresort.com/

Great small airport. The pilot lounge is great. TV, couch, recliner microwave etc. Sleep here if you need to or borrow the ports bicycles and get some exercise on the short (1 mile) trip to town. Definitely eat at the Coyote Pass Cafe in town. I told the patron that her Starbucks quality mocha was way under priced and she told me she doesn't run the restaurant to make a killing she just loves to serve people. I believe it, the food was first class! Be sure to stop by the museum. The down home very pleasant ladies that run this place will happily and very pleasantly tell you a story about each of the museums artifacts. Be sure to ask them to darken the room with all the rocks and also be sure to check out the meteorite. I plan to return. I pitched a tent on the grass by the fair grounds and slept just fine. No fear in this wonderful small town.

Watch the wind here, It blows often. Great strip, close to town (1 mile to center of town). Stop at Merino's Seafood in town and load up on the best canned tuna you will ever eat. You will never eat a can of Chicken of the Sea again! www.merinoseafoods.com Small family owned business. They use only pole caught tuna. You won't be disappointed! I fly there once a year to just for their canned tuna.

This is the frequency that should be used when departing this runway, or arriving from 0 to 179 degrees magnetic. The The west runway (31L/13R) is on 120.6.
If you've let yourself get sloppy and cocky then Lynden will fix that! Great little airport but it does require that you make a stable approach at the proper airspeed.
[09S] "State Campground beside this airport, but no facilities" by Tony

Comment by @Tony on Sullivan Lake State Airport, United States:

State campground on both sides and a road passes close by. Not as quiet as it looks; you can camp on the field but there are walking trails crisscrossing the runway between the campgrounds and a steady stream of mountain bikers cross the runway. Despite being a state campground, there are no facilities, no restaurants, no stores close by.

When I was there in Aug 2009, there was a Forest Service firefighting team with two helicopters and a fuel truck operating from the airstrip. Approach from the South, along the lake. Runway rises to the North, then ends abruptly. There was a Warrior in the overrun with wiped landing gear, he floated and touched down late, ground-looping just before the steep drop-off at the North end.

An airport with a neat museum and a lot of history. Visited here for the West Coast Cherokee Pilot's Assoc. Fly-In. Great location, just review the chart carefully and be prepared to follow Portland's instructions, especially if not granted access to Class C airspace.

I think that's why the FAA hasn't spotted the duplication. From the sat view, it's clear that they're the same airport, with the runway described differently -- there's not room for a second strip on the same island.

Interestingly enough, they aren't *exactly* duplicates, at least not after I've done processing them into my navaid.com database. The latitude, longitudes and elevations are slightly different.

I have WA58 is 48.6525, -122.584166667, elev 5 and WA93 is 48.652606388889, -122.57461722, elev 8. I think that makes them 1.8nm apart according to http://williams.best.vwh.net/gccalc.htm
