Can anyone give me the correct federal agency to contact....
i just got scammed for 980 on an english bulldog..exact same story just needed to get rid of it good christian man, only had to pay delivery fee then last minute had to western union the insurance fee (refundable upon signing delivery papers) and i'm not expecting to get anything back but i am hoping someone sees this and can give me information on who i can report this to in the US.

Thank you for posting this! We where just making a deal for an English bulldog when we read this! The owner promised us a safe arrival of our puppy and said it would be delivered by starpetmovers! After reading this we put an immediate stop to the deal and looked the email address up on facebook leading us to his page which indicated he is not a dog owner will never be a dog owner and a broke liar! We will not be doing any dealings with Lonko bull!

This guy has been emailing me trying to give me a mini pig. The shipping is $75 and the pig is free.. too good to be true?? i think so!!! I googled his address, and it showed a parking lot. I kept asking a lot of questions and he kept skipping around them. Also, when I asked for a picture of the pig, I got a picture which was obviously from the internet.. DO NOT BUY FROM IYAM VALERY!! if it feels too good to be true, it is! I'm so glad I googled his name and read this before I paid the shipping. as soon as I typed in Iyam, his full name popped up. are you sure you where scammed. such thing happen and when it does i presumed you sue that company. Death during transportation can't be avoided reason why you pay for insurance. i will advice you demand a refund or preferable sue that company in court. i know that company and they successfully delivered my Yorkie from Algeria to the states, so double check what you are talking about.

There is nothing you can do. You are out $400 that you will not get back. Keep in mind the "puppy" doesn't exist. This is a well-known pet scam out of Cameroon Africa that is all over the internet. ALL OFFERS OF PETS FROM CAMEROON AFRICA ARE SCAMS, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

I m so sorry to see that so many other pet lovers got fooled like me . tnx god i lost only 180Euro cause they did a stupid mistake and then i realized that something is wrong . on suturday morning the woman named ROSE CLIFF informed that i had to pay for the insurance of the pup . in first i said that i wont sent any more money cause i dont have any and moreover i wasnt informed about the insurance etc she said she would go ask the agency explain her why is the insurance needed and if there is another way to skip it but she said that the agency was closed on weekend so i told her to go get it bc home with her and keep it. but when she told me that they would call animal lover center to get the pup or give it to the zoo , i felt guilty and sorry for the poor pet so i decided to go send em the insurance money on monday . BUT ON SUNDAY they made a MISTAKE ! the agency sent me a mail where to send the money !!!! so now what the agency was opened ?!?! i googled petsflyers douala cameroon and found out about the scams !
i feel disgused by those kind of peeps hope police get em someday and make em pay for deceiving so many pet lovers this way !

Douala, Cameroon and Pet Express with the help of Che Martin and Christna Rose stated they had 2 beautiful Maltese puppies to be adopted and just moved from the US and can not keep them. Set money via Western Union to Neba Numfor 1st for payment of puppies and then to Bih Miranda for pet insurance. Stated needed money for pet insurance and if I didn't pay I would be arrested and then when puppies were suppose to be in Glasgow for the next trip to the US, stated they need more money for special crate. This is a scam. Phone numbers that have been used are 924-662-00 and 924-662-01. Wish I had seen all of this prior to sending any money. Live and learn

But I got the money, forwarded the password and email to the FBI, then when they logged on the FBI got there location! So I got my situation taken care of how about u?

Scammers trying to sell puppies to Canadians
Anything from a SHELLY JEREMY or shellyjeremy52@yahoo.com is trying to sell English Bulldogs Tina and Tiny for 160.00 a piece. She even sent me pictures. I even got her to send me phone numbers cause i didn't beleive her and I reached someone at +23796646716 and he said that his name was Mr. Tom Smith and he was the General Manager in the Pet Department at Douala Airport. He told me that the flight time for these puppies was 3 hours and 27 minutes from Africa to Alberta Canada. That is funny considering they are half way around the world. BEWARE if it doesn't sound right it isn't!

That doesn't make sense. I sent the guy an email and told him i knew it was a scam and he tried to tell me that they have sent me money and will call the FBI if I don't send it in. I don't believe him at all. Let him call the FBI, I did nothing wrong except trust the wrong person! Again I'll say, you live and you learn!

Yes, you got screwed, and if you keep dealing with them you're going to get even more screwed. They'll send you a cashiers check and have you send the money via Western Union to an accomplice. Then you will discover the cashiers check is forged and the money you send it gone forever. They use Western Union because it's untracable.

The guy who is emailing me and talking to me is named Crose Kolly and told me I had to send money Western Union to an insurance company in Cameroon to a guy named Bonfilse Mendze. They wanted 40% down and will send the car to me and I am supposed to send the rest of the money after I get the car. This has been going on for a year and a half! I seriously thought that if someone was talking to me for THAT long that it could not be a scam, but after reading these I think I got scammed. Now they are wanting to deposit money into my account so I can send it Western Union for the insurance. Did I get screwed??

petsflight .com is a scam. Dixsonbella is a sociated with them. they have a believable method they send you all the paper work and it all looks legal but in the end u are being scammed.
I tried everything to get information out hoping it wasnt and that i would be able to bring my puppy home soon. but i didnt. and im crushed. i went and spend 700 dollars to have the puppy of my dreams and now im just left with the loss of my money and no puppy. Dixson Bella had said she was from ontario. they will also tell u after that ur puppy is on its way. than next they will want u to spend another 100 plus to get the puppy a proper crate to have him travel safely in cause they are only class1 crate. i have names of people who i had sent money too! Bill Richardson and Henry moore! so if u see any of these names dont do it!!!!!!

It is NOT just dogs! It's any pet you want! DO NOT PAY WESTERN UNION! If they want Western Union back-out immediately. The simple effort it takes to get PayPal (traceable) they should not complain. Here are the numbers I was called from 23777899619, 77899619, 33176700199, 23794730764 - all these numbers are believed to be SCAMS. The shipping company globalpetxpres.net.ms - first they say they need $625 for life insurance before they'll ship it from Cameroon and then $675 to get it out of Quarantine in France. I'm not sure if the owner is in on it or not or even if the pet I bought even exists, which I hope it does and I really really hope I get it soon, but it's looking less and less likely.
