Corporate air is just great. Fueling is fast and the courtesy car is almost always there. I'll second the Kitty Hawk Cafe, good food and good view of the runway.
If you need a great breakfast or lunch stop by the Kitty Hawk Cafe. Closes at 3pm, not open Sunday. No hotels or motels nearby. Need repairs, see Lin @ Vertex Aviation (next to the Skagit Regional offices or main terminal). He and one hired mechanic (Lou) run the repair shop. They both have worked on my plane and I'm still going there. :) If you like spendy red carpet treatment then go to Corporate Air.

Great out of the way overbuilt airport. Hardly ever used but first class home port.
