I'm not a Yank, but I think smoking around someone is about as polite as urinating on his feet.

Oh NO someone is SMOKING. FFS mate get off your high horse. If you don't like it bugger off and get a bloody sandwich instead and eat it somewhere else in the airport. Gotta be a yank; after all they are always right. Small minded idiots.

May be the only airport in the world where smoking is banned just outside te restaurant but you have to eat your meal whilst inhaling your neighbour's cancer drug.
