OMG.

you're a tourist for 4 days and they're looking for Overseas Employment Certificate?

This is an U N B E L I E V A B L E and VERY DISGUSTING story about these immigration officer in DMIA.

we should. If we just close our eyes to this, more and more filipinos will be taken advantaged of this confusing system.

Here are the facts:

Malaysian Embassy gave her single entry visa good for 3 months.

Her reason of travel is to have a holiday with her daughter and sister-in-law in Malaysia.

Departure ticket: Aug 18, 2011

Return ticket: Sept 17, 2011

Dami tinanong sa kanyang like how much dala niyang pera, anong pinagkaka abalahan niya, ano source of income niya, ano gagawin sa Malaysia, asan ang bank passbook/statement niya.

Issue:

1) Is it expressly provided in the immigration laws or rules or procedure that one should still bring financial documents and business permits and other pertinent papers?

2) If these are their rules/requirements, then why not post in their bulletin boards, announcements in website so that filipinos may know?
