Does not exist any more. Was used mostly for agricultural purposes and in summer time for local passenger service (to the Black Sea shore usually) with small airplanes (12 or 5 seaters). That was good for people but untenable financially. Now most of the land is being rented out or sold to private enterprises to build private residences or for workshops etc.

This airport have index URRQ (in russian УРРЯ) - only AFTN index, not ICAO.

According to Wikipedia this strip is served by Yakutia- and Polar Airlines

Reply to @Jan: Thanks for the help. I've changed the status to closed.

Several signs...Look close and you'll see markings on the asphalt on the west side near the yellow boxes. There is a fence/wall covering most of the old runway. And it appears they have made a go cart track on the old apron.
